Hula hooping and fitness

You can burn up to 90 calories walking in 30 minutes, while approximately 210 calories hula hooping for 30 minutes. This doesn't include all the crazy tricks that work out different muscles. It's literally a core, abdominal, arm, and leg workout all in one. I find the art beautiful.
