I really need to stop doing the whole "survive by eating what I'm given and drinking what I'm given" bullshit. Water used to be my life, without it I would (actually still do) get migraines super bad. From 5+ cups of water a day to 1, that's bad. Guess I didn't realize how much water intake really helps your health. Maybe it's how badly other beverages are for you.
Either way, I'm joining in with Amy from Diary of a Fat Girl for the 30-day water challenge. Print out the sheet with 8-glasses of water next to each day. Mark off as you drink, and if you fail you fail. Like Amy said, you wont get arrested. It's worth a shot! Feel free to print out the sheet and join in!
