Watering my health

I really need to stop doing the whole "survive by eating what I'm given and drinking what I'm given" bullshit. Water used to be my life, without it I would (actually still do) get migraines super bad. From 5+ cups of water a day to 1, that's bad. Guess I didn't realize how much water intake really helps your health. Maybe it's how badly other beverages are for you.
Either way, I'm joining in with Amy from Diary of a Fat Girl for the 30-day water challenge. Print out the sheet with 8-glasses of water next to each day. Mark off as you drink, and if you fail you fail. Like Amy said, you wont get arrested. It's worth a shot! Feel free to print out the sheet and join in!

  1. This is a great idea! I used to drink water constantly when I was younger (to the point where people always thought it was cute to ask me if I was a camel), but I don't get anywhere near 64oz a day anymore. I think I may have to do this!

  3. I start these things several times a year. I rarely feel thirst, so I don't think to drink. The only time I drink anything is if I want flavor, which means I end up drinking my morning coffee, tea or Dr. Pepper in the afternoon, and usually a beer with dinner. I just installed a reverse osmosis unit in my kitchen though, and I no longer cringe at the thought of drinking my tap water. It was pretty gross. I just wish I got thirsty like normal people.

    1. Try purchasing a variety of bottled water and see if you grow to any of the tastes. Then start investing in water bottles instead. It's worth the investment since it's health! My mom, sister, and I had to do this for a few years since our well water filter wasn't working correctly.

    1. Tea and coffee are both good for you. Coffee will dehydrate though, so be sure to get your water in!! c:
