Taylor Swift sued for the lucky number 13

“whenever a 13 comes up in my life, it’s a good thing. I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th, my first album went gold in 13 weeks, my first number one song had a 13 second intro.” - Taylor Swift

American clothing brand Lucky 13 is suing Taylor Swift for copyright infringement of their lucky 13.
Explanations are unknown as to why exactly the company is taking such actions. My assumption is some huge money benefit.

      Can anybody holla WTF?!

    1. I think people abuse the legal process of suing.

  3. Hey this is off post topic but I'm not sure if your button link is working...maybe a broken link? It just shows up as an "x" on my blog page for some reason. It looks like the html code is correct so maybe it's due to the tinypic link for the photo? No idea. But I took it down in the meantime...let me know if it's my blog or something on your end so I can make sure to get it added back to my side bar!

    1. It must be tinypic or a blogger error. Poop. I've been on mobile or I'd send a different link. All I use is a tinypic URL of the pic and my blog URL.

  6. I'm not a Swift fan. But damn that lawsuit is RIDICULOUS!!!!
Lucky numbers have existed before their brand. Thirteen, is one of THE most used numbers.

They are insane, and the people should sue them for wasting time, and, money over a trivial suit.

UNLESS, this song has something to do with their brand in which she uses a tagline. Then THAT would be more viable.
