Toddler girls love to tea party.
Every little girls toybox always includes a magic wand, Barbie's, and a tea party set. You can't go wrong having such a sophisticated event with a munchkin. Makes them have a sense of maturity and more mindful.
So bust out the real tea.
They don't mind the taste as much as the fact real tea is being served.

DeleteThis time I informed her about hats being a requirement. She wasn't thrilled, so I let her choose if she's like to wear one. Said that it's only a tradition but a choice! :)
